Passover cooking can be fun, delicious and healthy! Chef Joelle Wilshinsky will demonstrate a variety of recipes that are free of gluten and dairy, but full of taste! For adults and children 10+. Do you have a treasured Passover recipe? Please send it to Rochel Baila, and she'll print it for everyone to enjoy!

Fee: $20/person, includes menu tasting and refreshments

Joelle Wilshinsky is a chef who loves to share her fresh, healthy and fun approach to cooking. A graduate of the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts, Joelle has cooked for clients ranging from Hollywood stars in their homes to patients in their hospital beds. Joelle runs a New-Haven based boutique catering service that customizes to individual tastes and dietary preferences.
